Beit ed Dine is a small town in Lebanon located 45 kilometers from Beirut. Visit BeitedDine Palace, a 19th-century palace built by the Shihab dynasty between 1788 and 1818. The museum is renowned for its excellent architecture, beautiful arcades, rooms with carved and painted cedarwood, and fine mosaics. The palace museum houses a vast collection of Byzantine mosaics found in the coastal city of Jieh. The palace gardens feature more mosaics from different Lebanese sites.
